…and it only took four days. It’s a massively multiplayer online implementation on Conway’s Game of Life. The game is played on a grid laid over the Earth, and players can only color the square they are physically in. Each grid square is approximately eleven miles across and the cycle time is ten minutes, so it will take teamwork to make interesting structures. I’ve seeded the world with some random noise, so that if you manage to get four friends and make a glider, it will have something to interact with.
